2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
as neededMilk
as neededJam
as neededKaju/cashew for garnish

Mix all ingredients and make a cake bater

Spread it in a greased cake tin

Bake it in a pre heated kadhai for 30 to 35 mins

Remove from cake tin cut into square make sandwich by placing jam in between two pieces
5

Enjoy with tea
