Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupsuji/rava
  2. 1/4 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 2-3 tbspghee
  5. 2 tbspchopped dry fruits(walnut, almonds and raisin)

Cooking Instructions

    Take one pan and heat it after then add ghee and melted after melting of ghee add suji/rava in pan and sauté for 2-3 min on medium flame after changing the colors of suji add raisin on pan.

    Now Mix it and add 1 cup water, chopped dry fruits and sugar on pan and cook for 4-5 min on medium flame. We can see that the liquid consistency change in dry form.

    Mix and cook well after sperareing the ghee off the gas flame. Our suji/rava ka halwa should be ready for eat.

    Take one bowl and bring out on this and garnish with dry fruits and serve it.
