Name: Marinade for Lamb Chops
Ingredients: 4 cloves garlic, minced; Leaves from 2 sprigs fresh rosemary; Leaves from 2 sprigs fresh thyme; 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper; Juice of 1-2 lemons, about 1/4 cup (60 ml); Salt; Black pepper; 2 tablespoons olive oil

Leavesfrom 2 sprigs fresh rosemary
Leavesfrom 2 sprigs fresh thyme
1/2 teaspooncayenne pepper
Juice of 1-2 lemons, about 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Salt
Black pepper
2 tablespoonsolive oil

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Place the lamb chops in a zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate overnight, turning the chops 1-2 times.

Remove the chops from the refrigerator 30 minutes before grilling. Prepare a charcoal grill. Grill the chops to your desired doneness.
