Cooking Instructions

Firstly Wash rice and soak for half an hour.

Now take a mixer jar and add Coriander leaves and green chillies make a paste in the grinder.

Now heat oil in a pan.add soute the green paste for a while.Then add green peas.Add salt and soute for a while.now add rice and mix well.

Then add 2 cups water for 1 cup rice bring to a boil.Mix everything let it boil nicely then switch flame to medium cook 3 to 4 minutes until water is half reduced and rice is visible on surface.

Then close lid switch flame to very low and simmer 10 minutes.ready to eat green peas pulav.
