Ingredients

  • 50 gramsMutter (green peas)
  • 1medium capcisum (green)
  • 1medium sized, potato
  • 1tomato
  • 2large onions
  • as requiredOil
  • 2Cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoonKasuri methi
  • as per tasteRed chilli powder
  • as requiredTurmeric powder
  • As per tasteSalt as per taste
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a basic gravy of tomato and onions adding spices.

  2. 2

    Once it’s done then fry well it till oil separates.

  3. 3

    Then add all vegetables and keep it on low flame till it’s cooked well.

  4. 4

    And it’s ready to serve hot for lunch or dinner
