Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmasoor dal
  2. 2green chillies, finely chopped
  3. 1medium sized onion finely chopped
  4. Fewchopped coriander leaves
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  7. 1/2 tspginger finely chopped
  8. as requiredOil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the daal for an hour then wash it.

    Add the soaked dal into a blending jar and make a paste. Then add the chopped onion-garlic-ginger, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it well.

    Heat oil in a kadai. Take a small ball sized mixture at a time and fry it till it become golden Brown. When done, remove the fritters on a kitchen towel.

    Finally the masoor dal fritters are ready to serve.
