I love eating prawns so I thought to make these with curry sauce.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 500 gramsprawns
  2. 3 teaspoonstandoori paste
  3. 100 gramsshallots
  4. 2 clovesgarlic
  5. 200 grambaby leaf spinach
  6. Pinchsalt
  7. 3 tablespoonolive oil
  8. 200 gramyoghurt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash prawns,pat dry with kitchen paper. Cook until just pink. Finely chop onions and garlic. Add to prawns.

    Salute spinach for 25 to 30 seconds. Drain, rinse under cold water, drain again.

  3. 3

    Lift the spinach under the prawns,gently heat through

  4. 4

    Take of heat, add yoghurt or serve separately.
