Wash and season and cook your beef stock fish, kpomo and dried fish

Wash and cook your ede(cocoyam) and pound

Pound your crayfish.

When the meat is done add your crayfish, pepper, salt, and your palm oil then cover for a minute

Then add cocoyam and cover it dissolve then add your oha leaf and correct your seasoning. Leave it for few minutes

Bring it down and serve with any choice of swallow my choice is semovita
