Slice up the onion. Slice the green and red bell peppers jullian. Cut the carrots. Pound the atarugu

Dice the kidney and liver. Wash it. Put it in a wok or pot on low heat, add a cube of seasoning, a pinch of salt and let the water that comes out dry up.

Pour in vegetable oil and let leave it for 3 minutes then add the onions. Continue to stir it as it fries. Add the carrot and others seasonings like curry, ginger and garlic paste or powder, oregano or thyme and more seasoning cubes to your taste. Stir fry it for another minute and take off the flame so the vegetables won't get too soft

Serve with spaghetti, rice or eat with bread for breakfast
