Ingredients

  • as neededCollected Malai( cream) of 7 to 8 days
  • 1/2 tsp soda

Steps

  1. 1

    Take malai in a pan and put it on a low flame and when bubble start coming in it and then add baking soda in it now mixed properly for 15 to 20 minutes on medium flame. Now filter Yogi by the process of sieving and your ghee is ready.
