Garlic dough recipe:
In a large mixing bowl take warm milk, dry yeast and sugar. mix well and rest for 10 minutes.

Now add pinch of salt, garlic and oregano, add butter and maida. knead the dough. Coat the dough with oil and rest for 4-5 hours.

In a small bowl mix in butter, garlic and coriander leaves set it aside

After 5 hours,take the dough out and place it in a plain flour dusted surface and knead for a minute

Roll out the dough in 26cm diameter chapati with the help of plain flour dusting

Spread mayonnaise on the chapati in semi circle way, now spread cheddar cheese,sweet corn kernels, jalapenos, a little of spice mix and mozzarella cheese.

Apply water in the edges and fold the chapati over the feeling, Press edges for seel the Sami circle bread

Transfer this to well greased tray, Make slits in the bread at 1” difference but dont go to the bottom.

Brush the bread with prepared garlic butter Sprinkle the spice mix over and chilli flakes

Let it rest for 15 mins before baking. bake at 200c in a preheated oven for 20-25 mins or until it's well baked.
cut the garlic bread into pieces and serve.
