Ingredients

  1. 1 kgsaag chopped
  2. 1 bunchspinach
  3. 1/4 cupCoriander leaves
  4. 200 gmfenugreek leaves chopped
  5. 3 tbspginger-garlic paste
  6. 10-12green chillies
  7. To tasteSalt
  8. 4 tablespoongram flour for mixing

Steps

  1. 1

    In a cooker add all the green saag.now add ginger-garlic, green chillies and salt.cover with lid and wait for six whistles.open the lid and add the flour and blend it with blender.again cook it for 20 minutes at medium flame.saag is ready to serve hot with makki ki roti.
