Ingredients

  1. Enough new potatoes for everyone
  2. small tin of sweetcorn
  3. halfa red pepper finely chopped
  4. 100 gfeta cheese
  5. olive oil
  6. to tasteBalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes until cooked. Drain and set a side to cool a bit. Drain corn, add to potatoes

    Add diced pepper and crumble in some feta

    Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and serve 😀
