Ingredients

  • Enough new potatoes for everyone
  • small tin of sweetcorn
  • halfa red pepper finely chopped
  • 100 gfeta cheese
  • olive oil
  • to tasteBalsamic vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil potatoes until cooked. Drain and set a side to cool a bit. Drain corn, add to potatoes

    Add diced pepper and crumble in some feta

    Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and serve 😀
