Take a bowl add wheat flour, salt and hot oil and mix well add water and make a soft dough and rest it aside for 10 minutes.

After that make 2 balls of the dough and take a ball and roll it and make a bread and then place a steel katori on it and fold it and cut extra dough from the edges.

Fry this katoris into preheated oil.

Fry it until golden brown.Apply this method for all.

After that put all chaat ingredients in the fried katori amd decorate it as per your choice.

Katori chaat is ready.
