Cooking Instructions

Place a pot on the stove with a little olive oil. When it's hot, add the pork rib pieces, seasoned with salt and pepper. Let them brown on all sides, then remove and set aside.

In the same pot, add the onion, peeled and grated, and let it soften.

Add the ketchup and soy sauce, and stir well.

Add the pork pieces with their juices and the Coca-Cola. Let it cook over medium heat, covered, until the sauce has reduced and the meat is caramelized. Turn the ribs occasionally.

Your Coca-Cola pork ribs are now ready to enjoy.
