Take a bowl add flours and spices too and make a thick batter.Now take one by one leaf and dip it in to the batter and fry till golden and crispy.

Now arrange these crispy leaves on a plate.Firstly add a layer of curd,then sweet chutney then green chutney, then add some chaat masala,cumin powder and sprinkle sev on it and put some onion and tomatoes on it and again add some sev and then add boiled black grams,small cubed paneer and then again little sev and put again the layer of curd,sweet chutney and green chutney and garnish with coriander leaves.Our crispy palak patti chaat is ready to serve.Enjoy 🥰😍👌
