This angoori launji is very delicious and healthy too. Here we use nuts like kishmish and badam with angoor which enhances it's flavour and nutritional value. Gur is used instead of sugar which makes it a healthier option.

This angoori launji is very delicious and healthy too. Here we use nuts like kishmish and badam with angoor which enhances it's flavour and nutritional value. Gur is used instead of sugar which makes it a healthier option.
Steps

Take oil in a pan add jeera and mustard seeds and methi dana till cracking sound appears. Then add bay leaf and dried red chillies..

Now add washed and clean grapes and cook for 2 minutes.

Now add gur into this.Then add badam and kishmish.

Add all masalas and cook for few minutes by covering it with a lid.

After few minutes launji is ready to be served with paranthas and roti.
