Serves 2 servings
  • 7 ozcleaned shrimp (200 grams)
  • Olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste
  • 3carrots
  • 6cherry tomatoes
  • 1bell pepper
  • Celery

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the vegetables into small pieces, then wash and dry them. Clean the shrimp.

  2. 2

    Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper on the bottom of a baking dish. Add the vegetables and shrimp. Stir several times with a kitchen spoon.

  3. 3

    Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes, covering with parchment paper.
