  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 tbspsalt
  3. 2green chilli finely chopped
  4. 1onion finely chopped
  5. 1 tbspdhaniya powder
  6. 1/2 tbspgaram masala powder
  7. 1 glasswater
  8. 2medium sized potatoes
  9. 2 tbspButter

Cooking Instructions

    Take wheat flour into a bowl add salt mix well add a little water at a time and knead the dough.cover it and rest it for 30 mins.

    Take potatoes and boiled them, peel and mashed the potatoes.

    Add chopped Green chilli, salt, chopped onion, garam masala powder, dhaniya powder mix well and rest it for 10 mins.

    For making paratha take a small ball of dough and roll it.

    Take the stuffing fill it and make a paratha.

    Transfer the paratha on hot pan roast paratha for 2mins flip over and spread butter and roast for other side for another 2 mins.

    Paratha is ready you can Serve it with ketchup or green chutney.
