Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 cup Wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cupmaida/All purpose flour
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 5Boiled potato
  5. 1/4 cupBoiled green peas
  6. 1 tspGreen chilli garlic paste
  7. 1/4 cupChopped Coriander leaves
  8. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixing bowl add wheat flour, maida and salt.

    Knead a soft dough using little by little water, let it covered for 15 minutes.

    For aaloo stuffing mashed potatoes with boiled peas, add green chilli garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves and salt.

    Mix all together, and take small portion from it.

  5. 5

    Now again punch a dough,take some portion from it,dust in dry flour, flatten it and fill 1tbsp of potato mixture.

    Cover with dough with sealing edges, again dust in dry flour.

  7. 7

    Roll medium paratha with slightly pressed.Heat tava with oil and keep paratha on it, roast from both sides till crisp. Serve hot.
