Ingredients

10 minutes
4 servings
  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 3 cupswater
  3. 1 tbspgreen chilli paste
  4. 1 tsppapad khar
  5. 1 tspcumin seeds
  6. 1 tspajwain/ carom seeds
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. as needed achar masala for serving
  9. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 3 cups water in a pan for 5 to 7 minutes, add salt and chilli paste. Let it boil for few more seconds.

    Now add papad khar, cumin seed and ajwain stir well to mix it.Now add rice flour, stir constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 4 minutes.

    Cover the pan for 1 minute and cook. Best serve with peanut oil and achar masala.
