Easy to make traditional Gujarati snack recipe. This is the QUICKEST snack that you have ever made. Khichu or Khichiyu is a dough for making papad, however, owing to it's taste it is also consumed as Farsan (snack/side dish).
Cooking Instructions

Boil 3 cups water in a pan for 5 to 7 minutes, add salt and chilli paste. Let it boil for few more seconds.

Now add papad khar, cumin seed and ajwain stir well to mix it.Now add rice flour, stir constantly to avoid lumps. Cook for 4 minutes.
- 3
Cover the pan for 1 minute and cook. Best serve with peanut oil and achar masala.
