Ingredients

  1. 1 cupseviyan roasted
  2. 1 ltrmilk
  3. 1/4 tspCardamom powder
  4. 1/2 cupdry fruits chopped
  5. 1/2 cupSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Heat milk in a pot. Add seviyan in the pot. Cook for 15 minutes on medium to low flame.

    When seviyan become soft, add sugar and cardamom powder.

  3. 3

    Now add dry fruits and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Bring it to another boil.

  5. 5

    Serve the kheer hot or chilled as per your choice.
