Ingredients

  1. 1/4 kgturmeric sticks
  2. slicePeel and
  3. 1/4 spoonAsafoetida
  4. 1/4cumin seeds
  5. 1/4red chilli powder
  6. Salt for test
  7. Green chilli as required
  8. 1 cupCurd
  9. Garam masala for taste
  10. 1 cupGhee
  11. leavesGarnish for coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heet ghee in a pen add grated turmeric in it and fry it.

  2. 2

    Add curd and all spices. Stir again and again.

  3. 3

    Cook for few seconds.

  4. 4

    Add for coriander leaves
