  • 1 kgChicken wings
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2Salt
  • 1 tspGinger garlic paste
  • For coating
  • 2 cupFlour (mada)
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspChicken powder
  • For frying
  • 2 cupOil

  1. 1

    In mixing bowl marinate chicken wings with black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste,,for 30 min

    Add black pepper and salt mix in flour and divide 2 part,1part add 1 glass water and make paste
    2nd leave dry flour

    Take 1 bowl chill water

    Take a pan and heat oil

    Now roll each chicken
    Wings in flour mixture and deep in chill water and last deep dry flour

    Derp fry till light golden and crispy
