Steps

Cut beef into cubes. Chop the onion, tomatoes, bell pepper and dhania.

Heat the cooking oiland add the onion, once golden brown add the beef. Cook for few minutes.

Add the tomatoes and cook till they become paste like. Add the bell pepper and salt and simmer.

Add a cup of water, stir and let it boil a little. Add the dhania.
- 5
Serve while hot with chapati, rice, pasta or ugali.
