Ingredients

  1. 8.8 oz (250 grams)mascarpone cheese
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1 containerstrawberry yogurt
  4. 1 pintstrawberries
  5. as neededLadyfingers,
  6. as neededMilk,
  7. 1/3 cup (80 grams)sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Add the mascarpone to the yolks and beat or whisk until smooth. Add the yogurt and mix well. Gently fold in the egg whites, mixing in the same direction until combined.

  2. 2

    Wash and slice the strawberries. Dip each ladyfinger briefly in milk and arrange a layer in your dish. Add a layer of the mascarpone mixture and a layer of strawberries. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used. Arrange sliced strawberries on top for decoration.

    Refrigerate before serving.
