Heat oil in a kadhai add panch phoron and chilli, when you hear the crackling noise add hing, mango cubes, salt, raisins, turmeric powder mix it thoroughly cook for 5 minutes, then add gud, sugar mix it again cook for 5 minutes in slow flame.

When sugar and gud dissolve completely add mustard paste along with water and again cook for 3 minutes, sprinkle some chopped coriander leaves.

Cover the kadhai for 3 minutes then it's ready to serve hot or cold. I like it this recipe a little sweet, so add sweetness as per your taste.
