Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1 (15 oz)can chicken broth
  • 1/4 cupwater
  • 1/2 tablespoonchicken bullion
  • 1-1/2 table spoonbutter
  • Small diced onion
  • Dashthyme
  • 1/2 tablespoonminced garlic
  • 1 tablespoonchopped parcley
  • 1/4 teaspoonpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Sautee butter, onion, parcely, garlic till onion tender.

  2. 2

    Add bullion pepper and thyme. add rice and semi brown

  3. 3

    Add water and broth. Bring to a boil.

  4. 4

    Cover turn to low for about 20 minutes or untill done.
