Ingredients

6 servings
  • Boil rice ingredients:
  • 2 cuprice
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Noddels ingredients:
  • Noddels half pack
  • 1 cupgajjar cut thinly
  • 1 cupbandgobi cut thinly
  • 1 cupCapsicum cut thinly
  • 1 tspnamak
  • 1 tbspchilli sauce
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1/2 tspkali mirch
  • 1/2 tspwhite mirch (optional)
  • Rice cheiken marination Ingredients:
  • 1/2 kgboneless cheiken
  • 1/4 tspLahsan crushed
  • 1 tspchilli chilli sauce
  • 1 tspvinegar
  • 1/2 tspkali mirch
  • 1 tspcruched red mirch
  • 1egg
  • 2 tbspmaida or all purpose floor
  • 1 tbspcorn floor
  • 1 tspbaking powder or 1/2 tsp of baking soda (add one thing)
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/4 tspnamak or for taste
  • Cheiken with red sauce or(machorian):
  • 1 cupketchup
  • 1 cupchilli ketchup
  • 1/3 tspkali mirch
  • 1 tsphot sauce if available if not add chilli sauce
  • 1 tbspsugar if you like not more sour sauce
  • 1/4 tspgalic paste
  • 1 tbspoil
  • Singaporian rice sauce Prepration:
  • 200 mlcream(fresh cream) one pack
  • I cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cupchilli ketchup
  • Pinchkali mirch
  • @kitchen with amna

Steps

  1. 1

    First of all Marinate a cheiken by mix all the Ingredients for 20 min.If you want to cook Instantly you will do it but marination give it a good taste.

    Boil noddels

  3. 3

    Prepare noddels masla by adding 3 tbsp of oil and after it add garlic paste after it add all vegetables and let them cook and then add given sauces and other ingredients let them cook for twice min and after it add boiled noddles in it noddles is ready

  4. 4

    Boil rice with salt boil the rice 100 percent

  5. 5

    Prepare a sauce of rice by adding all ingredients and set a side for assembling

  6. 6

    Prepare a manchorian or cheiken with red sauce frying the cheiken and adding 1 tbsp of oil in karahi and garlic paste then add both Ketchep in it and after it add kali mirch in it and hot sauce if available if not add chilli sauce in it and pour the fried cheiken it let it cook for 5 min until the sauce become thick not do a sauce over thick.

    When every thing is ready take dish first of all add rice.

    After it pour done noddles on it.

    Add prepare rice manchorian on it.

  10. 10

    After it decorate your rice with the rice sauce..

  11. 11

    Taste singaporian rice is ready to eat enjoy it it's really amazing in taste
