In small nonstick pan add sugar

On medium heat caramlised the sugar once it caramelised add pinch of soda

It with start frothy

Pour this caramel onto plate

Let it cool

For making coffee in a bowl add sugar and coffee and 2tbs hot water, beat it till coffee has become light and frothy

In serving glass add 2 or3 ice cubes

Pour milk add sugar powder mix it well

Now add little crush crushed dalgona candy, top up it with frothy coffee

Garnish with crushed dalgona candy, serve chilled immediately
