Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 LitreFull fat milk
  2. 150 gFlour
  3. 10 gSalt
  4. 45 gButter
  5. 1cap vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Heat the milk in a large saucepan

  2. 2

Mix the salt and the flour then add the butter and rub together using your fingers

  3. 3

Just before the milk reaches boiling point add the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon.

  4. 4

You want small lumps in the mixture so if they are too big just break them up with a whisk. Add the vanilla extract and cook on a low heat for about ten minutes or until thickened up.

  5. 5

To serve. Sprinkle so cinnamon in the bottom of a bowl. Add the mixture and then some more cinnamon or top. Sweeten with a half a teaspoon of sugar (add more if required)
