Fiber Everything Bagels - multi batch

These are from one of my favorite influencers @lashesandlemons.
Recipe makes 4 servings (2 bagels per serving).
High fiber, fluffy and delish as it's own snack with cream cheese, peanut butter ect or as bread to sandwiches!
Key ingredient here is Psyllium Husk powder to get that #fiber!

Steps

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Start with wet then add in dry. Whisk or fork together, and pour into bagel trays.

Add everything but the bagel seasoning

Bake at 350 for 25 minutes

Cut in half and put in toaster before eating - very important! I keep the ones I’m going to eat in two days in a zip lock back and throw the rest in the freezer!
