Choose you lean cut of meat wisely and cut it in to big strips

Apply the dry rub an allow meat to rest for 20-30 minutes spray vinegar as well or just dress the meat with it

Use wire to make hooks, or buy them from store..hook you meat and ready to hand.. if it's sunny enough if should take 2-3 days for it to fully dry

Cut your biltong and ready to serve
