Ingredients

  • 100 gmmaida/All purpose flour
  • 200 gmsugar
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1 tspelaichi (cardamom)powder
  • Pinchorange food colour
  • 1 glasswater
  • As neededBaking powder half spn
  • As neededOil to fry

    Hello friends this is my 1st recipe

    So i thought i should start with some sweet Dish.

    I shared 1 picture of ingredient of jalebi

  4. 4

    Add all except oil and sugar then make a nor thick neither thin. Then pour in icing bag make a hole then heat oil and make a round jalebi in heated oil then fried jalebi putin sugar syrup.
