Steps

In thick kadhai add malai and milk powder. On slow flame mix and stir continuously,so lumps are formed.

Ghee will be separated from the mixture but continued to stir for 6-8 minutes till raw taste of milk powder goes and smooth mixture of khoya/ mawa is formed.(If the mixture is too dry then add 1tsp milk)

Cool and use Homemade Mawa is required.
