Khajoor rolls
Steps

Firstly remove the seeds from dates/khajoor or get a seedless one from the market.

Take a pan and add ghee to it, now add dates and saute it well for 3-4 minutes till it becomes paste like soft.

Add chopped nuts to it and make a cylinder shape roll out of it and sprinkle poppy seeds/khaskhas over the roll.

Let it cool down and keep it in the fridge for one hour.

Cut slices evenly and enjoy the sweet biting whenever you like
