  • 6 lbrib roast bone removed and tied back on
  • Lipton onion soup mix
  • Garlic salt
  • Black pepper

    Put on rack cover with soup and salt mix and put in oven 500 degrees for 15 min and turn down to 225 and roast until 135 for medim rare take out and rest 30 min
