Ingredients

1.5 hour
6-7 persons
  • 1 packkolson spaghetti
  • 250 gmcabbage julian
  • 250 gmcarrot julian
  • 250capsicum julian
  • 1 cupgreen onion cut in diamond shap
  • 4-5green chilli
  • 500 gmchicken washed and cut in julian
  • 2-tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsphot sauce
  • 2 tbspmushroom in julian cut
  • 2 tbspred chilli flaks
  • 1 tbspblack pepper crushed
  • 2 tbspoon chicken powder
  • 2 tbspvinegar
  • 1 tbspoon mustard paste
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 tspitain seasoning
  • 2tbspoon garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cupoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Ek bare bartan mein atleast 3 liter pani ko garam karein. Josh ane pe us mein spaghetti add karein or achi tarah ubal lien.

    Ab ubli hui noodles ko tap water se achi tarah thanda kar lien or stainer mein rakh dein water dry hone ke baad issy oil laga dein take stucky na hon.

    Julian chicken mein dark sauce, hot sauce, vinegar, black pepper, white pepper, mustard paste, red chilli flakes add karien and mix well properly. Take aside for 2-3hours. In another pot oil ko garam karein half oil or garlic ko saute karin or cabbage ko stir fry karien after 2 min add all veggies and saute karein or falme of kar dein.

    Ab left over oil ko khule wok mein garam karie or after 3 hour marinated chicken add kar dein or mediun anch pe achi tarah saute karien.

  5. 5

    Jub chicken gulll jae or smell ae toh, add fried veggies and noodle and mix well thoroughly. Now add all spices and mix well.

    At last, add honey Italian seassoning and green onion or chula band kar dein or dhanja dhak dein.

    After 10 min is ko dish out kar ke present karein very yumm and delicious chownien ready hain.
