Ingredients

2 servings
  • 4medium sized tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 1boiled potato smashed
  • 2 tbspwater
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspdhania jeera powder
  • 1/2 tspjeera powder
  • 1/8 tsphing
  • 1 tspkhasmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsppavbhaji masala

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Put the cut tomatoes in the cooking vessel.

    Now in water add - haldi powder, hing, dhania jeera powder, red chilli powder, jeera powder and salt. Mix everything properly.

    Add the masala mixture to the tomatoes. Now switch on the gas and let it cook for sometime.

    Then add pavbhaji masala and boiled smashed potato. Mix everything properly and let it cook till the water part gets evaporated. Once cooked properly switch off the gas and serve it in a serving bowl.
