Ingredients

  • 4 pcsKoi fish
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2 teaspoonschopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoonstomato puree
  • 1 teaspoonHaldi and 2 pinches more
  • 1 teaspoondhania powder
  • 1 teaspoonjeera powder
  • 2 pincheskalonji seeds
  • 3Slit Chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cupMustard oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash fish nicely and rub Haldi and salt on it

  2. 2

    Heat oil and fry the fishes well. Keep aside

  3. 3

    In the same oil, add kalonji seeds till they splutter

  4. 4

    Put in onions and garlic and fry. Add chillies. Stir

    Add all masalas and salt.

    Add tomato puree and fry till oil leave sides.

    Add 1 1/2 cups water and bring to boil.

    Put in the fried fishes and simmer till gravy dries up.

    Serve hot.
