  • 4 stalksspring onions
  • Pinchsalt
  • 2 inchginger

Steps

    Cut the spring onions and ginger finely.

  2. 2

    In a bowl, mix them together and pinch of salt.

  3. 3

    In a small pot, heat up the oil and once it’s hot enough. Pour the oil in the bowl and mix the ingredients well.

Living in Dublin with my Irish partner who is celiac. My recipes are Gluten Free (GF). Most of my recipes are Asian food and I use soya sauce a lot in them. Regular soya sauce is not GF, but you can get GF one from supermarkets.
