Cooking Instructions

Add salt to the grated bottle gourd, mix well and set aside for 5 minutes.

Squeeze the gourd and transfer to a bowl.

Add gram flour, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and salt mix well to make a smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan and drop small portions of batter into the oil and deep-fry the pakode on medium heat.

Remove it from oil when it turns slightly brown in colour
- 6
Take out on absorbent paper and Serve hot with green chutney or tomato ketchup.
