Ingredients

10-12cutles
  • 3-4boiled potatoes
  • 1 bowlgrated paneer
  • 1chesse cube grated
  • 1cutted onion
  • 2spn Garlic, green chilli and coriander paste
  • Maida paste for coting(add salt, black pepper, oregano flakes)
  • 1 bowlbread crumbs
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1spn red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients (mix well). Make a cutlets.

    Dip in maida water then cot with bread crumbs. Keep it in refrigerator for half and hour.

    Then tandoor it on tandoor tawa/ Roast/ Shallow fry. Ready to eat Delicious & Healty 👌 PANEER CHEESE CUTLETS 👌
