Sugar free, eggless brown banana bread

Ingredients

  1. 4ripe bananas(not very ripe)
  2. 1 1/2 cupsatta mack flour (brown unga)
  3. 1 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda
  5. 1/4 teaspooncinnamon (you can also use cardamon)
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla essence
  8. 1/2 cupcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line your Baking tin,you can use margarine and flour,,i use goup(cooking fat, cooking oil and flour, in the same portions and mix,, refrigerate after use for future usage)

    Mash the bananas usinga a fork

  3. 3

    Add in the oil,vanilla and cinnamon/cardamon to the bananas and mix

    Mix the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt) and sieve

  5. 5

    Add in the dry ingredients to the wet ones and fold in, don't mix

  6. 6

    Pour your batter into the baking tin and bake for 30-40 mins,or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean,ovens differ

  7. 7

    Our bread is now ready,let it cool and serve with a hot beverage
