To start, take a large bowl or container that can be sealed tightly. Add everything listed under 'Ingredients' except the chicken, and mix well.

Add the chicken thighs, seal tightly, and mix well. Refrigerate for 5 hours or more. Why 5 hours? I don't know! It's just that when I made the recipe, it was 1 PM and I wanted to grill it in the evening...

After marinating, heat the grill and cook for about 30 minutes, turning regularly. If you don't have a grill, you can also bake for about 30 minutes at 400°F and finish with the broil setting to get a nice crispy finish. Enjoy your meal!
