Keep all ingredients ready. Great the boiled alus. Mix all the above ingredients except oil. Use water to the requirement. Let the dough rest for five minutes.

Knead the dough well. Take the save presser. Fill it with dough.

Heat the oil in a pan, press the sev dough into the oil using presser as shown in pic. Deep fry them on both sides till they are crisp.

Remove them from oil to serving plate. Alu sev is ready.
