Cook your beef and blend for 1 minute in a blender(not too soft)

Heat an oil in a pan with onion.Add in scotch bonnet,garlic and ginger paste souté for some minute.

Add your blended beef,Curry,black paper,diced carrot,maggi and curry.Cook on a low heat for some minutes and set aside.

Samosa fillings is ready.
