Ingredients

  • 1 canwhite beans eg butter/ cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • Juice of 1 big lemon (+ zest for garnish)
  • 3 clovesgarlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1big handful wild garlic
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • Generous pinch of both sea salt and black pepper
