Add the dry ingredients to a bowl

Add the wet ingredients on top

Add the milk slowly slowly until desired texture dough is formed. Not too dry or too soft

Knead well for about 5 mins

Leave the dough to rise for about 30mins to 2 hrs

Use a bit of oil to avoid the dough sticking and roll the dough 0.5cm thin. Then cut square shapes

Roll the squares to form a rolled shape

Fry the khajoors on mid-low pan for about 3 mins until golden brown
- 9
You can sprinkle the khajoors with powder sugar or crushed cardamom
- 10
Serve with milk tea
